The Nest, this cycladic villa will bewitch you with its uniqueness, charm and laid back atmosphere. 3 cycladic cube-shaped buildings have been restored & transformed into a secluded, tranquil & laid- back villa-complex, around an open air patio.
The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends that want to fully immerse themselves in the authentic cycladic island experience. It can accommodate from 6 to 8 persons - even 10 if there is familiarity among the group
The space
The Nest consists of several cube shaped cycladic buildings, set up around an open air patio, where the villa & commons spaces interconnect with each other (rooftops, terraces, passages, stairs, recesses). It has been restored with respect to local architecture & tradition, maintaining simple materials (stone, roof tops with reed & wooden floors) and highlighting the simplicity of clean shapes

The 1st building-The living area
It is a white-washed double-storey building, when entering on the left. On the ground floor there is a bright living space with wide Π-shaped couches, spacious to comfortable accommodate 10 people. In the back of the living room is a wide, big, wooden table with benches which serves for group gatherings, playing games, or dining. Stairs lead to the spacious master bedroom with built-in double bed & Cocomat mattress, wardrobe space & en-suite cement-built bathroom.
The master bedroom has access to a white-washed rooftop veranda, where you can enjoy breakfast at mornings or stargazing at night.

2nd building- The bathroom
Next to the main building is a one storey cube shaped building with 2 doors:
-the one leading to the bathroom with built in cement shower
- the laundry room

3rd building- the Kitchen
This one-storey building consists of:
-The White bedroom, with a build in queen sized bed, tucked in the back of the room.
-the kitchen of the villa, fully equipped with all amenities and a dining space for up to 8 persons. Via the kitchen there is another direct entrance to the village
-The Kids room: Next to the kitchen a door leads to the Kids room, a cosy children's bedroom with a bunk bed and a small window.
-The wooden open office, situated next to the kitchen

4th building - The Violet bedroom & Studio
When stepping into the patio, on the right there is a double storey cube shaped building. The ground floor consist of The Violet bedroom, with built-in queen sized bed. This cave-shaped bedroom has a door window.

Steep external stairs lead to to Studio: a bedroom with a wooden bunk bed, followed by a bathroom (with a shower & WC) and a low ceilinged bedroom with a floor mattress . From this room there is direct access -via external stairs- to the village street.
The Studio is perfect for young teenagers or young adults who would like to enjoy their privacy, as well as the common gatherings of the group .

Guest access
Prodromos is a traditional cycladic village in Paros, secluded from the noise & fuzz of mass tourism. The Nest is situated within the village of Prodromos, allowing you to experience the tranquility and the local life of a cycladic village. Mini market, kafeneio, tavernas are all at walking distance, through a stroll on the narrow bugambilia-covered streets. Parking is a 3-5' walking distance

Prodromos has everything needed in walking distance (mini marker, grocery shop, pharmacy, petrol station, playground ) while
- Marpissa, Marmara the main villages are 5' by car
- within 10' drive you reach the sandy beaches of Chrissi Akti (famous for its surfing & kite facilities)
- 20' drive you reach Naoussa, Paroikia & its cosmopolitan life

Prodromos is located on very well marked walking paths & hiking trails (byzantine path) and is popular spot among hikers and nature lovers
Other things to note
Please be aware that the bathroom which serves the White room, The Kids room & the Violet room and bathroom, has access via the patio.

With respect to local architecture & tradition, there are no AC units. However every room has portable fans
