A spacious apt, thoughtfully designed with modern finishes & furnishings featuring an open plan bedroom with queen sized bed, living space with open plan fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a veranda with outdoor jacuzzi

The living area consists of 1 couch, an open loft/mezzanine with one bed & an open plan kitchen & a small dining area. The balcony doors open up into a veranda/patio where they can relax at the outdoor jacuzzi. There is another studio -called the "cave" as it is some steps below- with a queens sized bed & ensuite bathroom. This has his own private entrance, ideal for couples, teenagers, offering privacy & autonomy .

The common outdoor spaces (bbq, garden) make it the perfect getaway for friends or families and -if combined with the apartment upstairs "Ampelos Suite"- it can welcome groups of 6-8 people.
Guest access
Guests have full access of the apartment on the ground floor, while they share outdoor spaces (bbq, parking & garden) with the guests of the apartment upstairs. If both accommodations are booked, then guests benefit of sole & exclusive use of the property & land
